Director of Nursing, Skilled Nursing

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent to (REQUIRED). 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a relevant field. 
• Certified Nursing and CPR qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry. 

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. 

Other Qualifications Required:

• Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms using the English language. 
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents, patients, physicians, peers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. 
• Ability to work independently. 
• Ability to Maintain SNF operations guidelines and operations. 
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to identified resident care requirements and staffing needs.
