Human Resources Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: 

• High School or GED with some college or any combination of formal training or experience in human resources equivalent to at least two years

Experience:

• Healthcare office setting preferred, but not required

License or Certification:

ADP Certification and/or SHRM (Society or Human Resources Management) Certification by an accredited source preferred, but not required

Other Qualifications Required:

• Attention to Detail: Monitor work operations to ensure compliance with federal and local labor laws
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work with all levels of employees to meet the human resources needs of the organization.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in interacting with all levels of employees, patients, and vendors to relay necessary information.

• Ability to demonstrate sound ethics and good judgment.
