Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Skilled Nursing

Promotes and restores resident’s health by providing physical and psychological support and care to patients and their families. Understands the role of the vocational nurse as part of the nursing team.

S.N.F. C.N.A.

A Certified Nursing Assistant, or Certified Nursing Aide, is responsible for supporting medical staff in administering care to patients with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Their duties include helping patients bathe and maintain proper hygiene, feeding patients or ensuring they take their medication, and assessing their patients’ vital signs to notify staff of any changes.

Acute Care, Registered Nurse

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide advanced nursing care for patients with acute conditions such as heart attacks, respiratory distress syndrome, or shock. The ideal candidate will communicate with physicians and team members as appropriate regarding changes in patient’s clinical conditions.

 

Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) works under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to assist with a patient’s treatment program in accordance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.

Registered Nurse - Emergency Room/Trauma

Southern Inyo Hospital is currently seeking a compassionate and quick thinking ER Nurse to join our Emergency Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling initial patient assessments, performing laboratory work, point of care testing and associated administrative tasks. The ER registered nurse will also collaborate with ER doctors on discharge plans and create outpatient instructions for each patient that is not admitted to the hospital. If you are a compassionate and knowledgeable caregiver with previous nursing experience, we encourage you to apply.
