Dietary Opportunities:
Cook - JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of routine tasks and operations prepare, season and cook foods as assigned following standard practices and procedures. Services residents, patients, and employees, washes dishes, cleans kitchen and dining room areas. Assists with catering functions as assigned.
Aide - JOB SUMMARY: Dietary Aide is responsible for cleaning, preparing, portioning and serving salads, sandwiches, desserts, beverages and nourishments. Delivers food cart, late trays to floor, sets up trays, and works on the tray line. Generally, work is observed and reviewed both during performance and upon completion by the Cook and Dietary Manager.
